Cory and Megan have a very warm and cozy home with all the amenities that is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and loved the dishes, pots and pans, knife set as well as a hot tea appliance that heats water in seconds. In addition, they have glass containers vs. plastic for storing leftovers. Plenty of blankets, towels, etc. It is nice that 2 of the closets also have dressers to put clothes away in, that you do not want to hang. My husband loved the outside grill as well, easy to run and temperature control was accurate. The backyard is small but very private and relaxing. It was nice to walk to Publix and Walgreens, very close by. They were immediately responsive when we communicated, very sweet couple. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Beautiful property that is exactly like the pictures. Cory was great with accommodating our larger party. Seamless communication from start to finish. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area with a larger party.

I came to this house for a work retreat with some of my teammates and it was a great space. Cory was very responsive to questions when they emerged and it's located near so many great restaurants. We had a great stay!

very nice place for that price. - comfy bed and pillows only bad thing is the couch. it’s TOO soft and you kinda fall in when you seat on it.

Meghan & Cory’s place was wonderful! It fits perfectly a family of 5 people and sits just a few yards from the grocery, which was awesome during our time there. Kitchen is very well equipped with a nice outside patio and the apartment as whole is 100% functional, no issues at all. The hosts were very friendly since before we made it to the house until the day we left their place. During our 10-day stay, Meghan was attentive and helped us with instructions about the use of the house and its neighborhood. When returning to Ft. Lauderdale area, we will definitely want to stay again in their place!

Cory was very accommodating and allowed us to drop off our luggage and park our vehicle in the garage several hours before check in. The three story house was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortably spacious, a perfect fit for our group of nine. The beds were soft and the towels were fluffy. It felt like a safe neighbor hood with a less than ten minute walk to the metro. We will highly recommend the House in Washington to anyone who asks.

We found Corey’s place to be a good deal for the price we paid. We were also very appreciative that they allowed us to book last minute. The AC was nice and strong, but what most struck us was how clean everything was for an Airbnb. It was absolutely spotless. Definitely would stay here again.

We can’t say enough great things about Cory and Megan’s place! We were concerned the photos may be AI generated as they looked so good, however the house looked exactly like the photos. We had a little trouble with the door code when we arrived but before I could reach out, Cory called me first. The home is spacious and allows comfort for all 12 of us to feel comfortable and not piled up. Thank you for the recommendations for food. We also appreciated the selection of books. We would definitely consider staying again when in DC!

✨ Excelente lugar para hospedarse ✨ Éramos seis personas y estuvimos muy cómodos. El alojamiento es amplio, acogedor y muy bien ubicado: cerca de supermercados, farmacias, gasolineras, a pocos minutos de la playa, del boulevard y de muchos lugares para comer. Encontramos todo muy limpio y bien equipado. Cuenta con televisiones en todos los ambientes, lavadora y secadora, parrilla, patio trasero y garaje, lo que hace la estadía aún más cómoda. Sin duda volveríamos en cualquier momento. Como sugerencia, solo faltaría añadir sillas de piscina y una sombrilla para que sea perfecto. ¡Muy recomendado! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We booked this property for a month stay. It was clear right away that our hosts put a lot of effort into making the home comfortable and they have a genuine interest in the experience of their guests. We loved the little outside yard and had a number of dinners out there. It’s walkable to the grocery store, pharmacy and other places, and it’s within a 5-10-minute drive to everything we needed. They were super responsive through the stay and the beds are wonderful, which makes a huge difference, especially for a long-term stay. The appliances are new and good quality and we loved the couch too - so cozy and comfortable! We would definitely book this place again.
